Austrian Wines in Canada 10. April 2008

The Austrian Trade Commission Toronto, in cooperation with the Austrian Wine Marketing Board in Vienna, Austria, has organized a whole flurry of Austrian wine related events for 2008 - from Central Canada, Toronto to West Coast, Vancouver:

A record-breaking number of 40 Austrian wineries is participating in this year's Annual Austrian Wine Trade Fair in Toronto, to be held at Rosehill Venue Lounge http://www.rosehillevents.ca 
 
There are over a dozen of Austrian winemakers flying in for the occasion, together with the Director of the Austrian Wine Marketing Board, Mr. Willi Klinger.

9 new wineries are part of the event this year, and 4 new ones that are looking for representation.

In May starts the restaurant campaign for Toronto - each restaurant will serve a minimum of 6 Austrian wines by the Riedel Glass for the duration of one month:
